Job Description: Product Manager Crop Nutrition & Biological

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the performance of current product offerings, analyzing sales targets, market share, and profitability.
• Identify top-performing products and those requiring optimization.
• Manage the product pipeline, defining offers that include Crop Nutrition, biological products and combinations.
• Investigate market gaps that can be addressed through new product innovations.
• Oversee and manage Product branding, pricing, value proposition, and supply/demand forecasting optimization.
• Drive sustainable and profitable market share growth for assigned products by developing comprehensive brand plans aligned with customer needs.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for introducing new offers to existing or new markets.
• Ensuring the compliances related to licensing and permissions.
• Lead new product introduction and launch efforts, design attractive commercial schemes for existing products, and provide product training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned Nutrition & Biological products.
• Ensure the execution of the product strategy and tactical plans to meet business and financial objectives for the region.
• Build internal product knowledge by learning, scaling, and sharing product insights with commercial teams.
• Provide guidance on market trends and competitor activity to Business Heads, ensuring effective planning in partnership with Market Development Managers.

Qualifications:

• Preferred qualifications: BSc-Agri/MSc- Agri with an MBA in Agribusiness.
• Strong understanding of Crop Nutrition & Biological products, markets, and their unique characteristics.
• Proven experience in product development, ideally in the Nutrition biological or biostimulant space.
• Commercial experience in the market with a deep understanding of agronomy and crop Nutrition, particularly in the biological & biostimulant sector.
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in agronomy and marketing, with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Strong knowledge of technical information and its role in developing sound value propositions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
