Specialist Of Defectoscopy ( Magnetic Particle Inspection Inspector)

Role & responsibilities -

This position establishes and regulates the knowledge of checking Article through measuring instruments/Magnaflux and defects rectification by -

a) Applying magnetic particles

b) Blowing off excess powder

c) Examining the surface

d) Interpreting the indications

e) Ensuring adequate lighting

Preferred candidate profile -

Individual must have thorough knowledge of all quality measuring instruments.

Basic knowledge on Small Arms is preferrable. Testing and checking of weapons. thorough Magnetic Particle Inspection. Knowledge of working with graphs and machine drawings.

Certifications in Magnetic Particle Inspection Courses Level 2.

Knowledge of X-Ray is must.

BTech / Diploma in Mechanical/Production or similar Field with minimum of 50% marks in 12th.
