you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Talend ETL tools. You will work closely with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources into data warehouses or other target systems. Your expertise in Talend ETL will play a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making within our organization. Key Responsibilities : ETL Development : Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and workflows using Talend ETL tools. Data Integration : Integrate data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, flat files, and cloud platforms, into target data repositories. Data Transformation : Transform and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business rules and data quality standards. Data Mapping : Create data mappings and transformations based on business requirements and data source specifications. Performance Optimization : Optimize ETL processes for improved performance and scalability. Error Handling : Implement error-handling and data validation routines to ensure data integrity and reliability. Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor ETL processes, resolve data-related issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and configurations. Collaboration : Collaborate with data analysts, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure successful data integration. Data Warehouse Support : Support the design and maintenance of data warehouses or data marts. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an ETL Developer with a focus on Talend ETL tools. Strong knowledge of data integration, data transformation, and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in Talend Studio and other related Talend tools. Experience with SQL and database technologies (e. g. , Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Familiarity with data modeling and data quality principles. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of big data technologies (e. g. , Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
