Job Description

Job Purpose: Responsible to manage Team of Sales/RM and BDM. Generate Revenue from the team as well as
manage own portfolio.
Responsibilities:
1.Branch Management
Ensure operational efficiency across all branches within the cluster.
Monitor and manage the performance of branch managers.
Implement and track the achievement of branch-specific targets.
Address branch-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
2. Sales and Business Development
Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base within the cluster.
Ensure branches meet sales targets related to brokerage, AUM (Assets Under
Management), and new accounts.
Drive cross-selling of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, etc.
Collaborate with regional heads to develop marketing and promotional
strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management
Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
Address escalated client issues and complaints from branches.
Drive initiatives to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
4. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all branches comply with regulatory requirements (SEBI, stock
exchanges, etc.).
Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and risk management
frameworks.
Train and guide staff on compliance and risk management protocols.
5.Revenue and Cost Management
Monitor and drive the cluster s revenue targets.
Control operational costs within the cluster to ensure profitability.
Review branch profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
Analyze key financial metrics (e.g., P L statements) to optimize performance.
6. Market Research and Strategy
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging
opportunities.
Analyze the local market to identify new business opportunities.
Develop cluster-specific strategies to gain market share and enhance
profitability.
7. Reporting and Coordination
Provide regular updates and reports to regional heads and senior management.
Coordinate with other departments (R D, marketing, operations) to streamline
efforts.
Implement corporate strategies and policies at the cluster level.
