As the Brand Communicator at Indiahikes, you will play a pivotal role in conveying the essence of the Indiahikes experience to our audience. While our treks set the benchmark for excellence, it s your job to ensure that the same quality and conviction shine through our digital and physical communication. This role is less about ideating and more about executing clear, compelling messages that reflect the soul of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communication Execution : Develop and deliver impactful communication across all platforms, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and on-ground materials.
Alignment with Indiahikes Ethos : Ensure every message reflects the values, trust, and authenticity that define Indiahikes.
Content Versatility : Adapt communication style and format to suit diverse channels and audience segments.
Collaboration : Work closely with the content, design, and trek teams to maintain consistency and clarity in messaging.
Timely Delivery : Execute high-quality communication initiatives quickly and efficiently, with minimal back-and-forth.

Exceptional written communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and how to communicate it effectively across different channels.
Ability to quickly grasp and internalise a brand s core values, voice, and identity.
Experience in content creation for various mediums (web, social media, print, etc.).
Ability to adapt tone and style based on the target audience.
Strong editorial skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
