Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
2. Responsible for managing Printer, Scanner & Copier.
3. Repairing & maintaining computer system hardware & network.
4. Assist in Trouble shooting of system and network problems, solving hardware/software faults.
5. Setting up new users accounts, profiles and dealing with password issues for Thin Client Users.
6. Responsible for managing backups of system attached to instruments/equipment.
7. Setting up and configuring new Laptops & Desktops.
8. Provide assistance and support to colleagues in I.T. related matters.
9. To execute the validation and qualification activities for the GxP Systems.
