Role & responsibilities
1. Implement HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.
2. Actively driving hiring activities and recruitment processes.
3. Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
4. Onboarding newcomers to the company
5. Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
6. Monitor the HR department's budget and targets.
7. Manage employees grievances
8. Handle confidential matters with discretion
9. Maintain employee retention and turnover rates
10. Maintain a database of all the employee's information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
11. Oversee daily operations of the company as and when required.
12. Preparing & presenting daily reports to HR Head.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or relevant human resources/administrative position
2. Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
3. Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
4. Basic knowledge of labor laws
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Strong communications skills
7. Degree in Human Resources or related field
