Job Title: Internal Communications Specialist (Design)

# Key Responsibilities:
1. *Develop and implement internal communications strategies* to inform, engage, and inspire employees across the organization.
2. *Design visually appealing content*, including newsletters, posters, infographics, presentations, and digital displays, using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
3. *Create engaging written content*, such as articles, announcements, and executive messages, that align with the company's tone and style.
4. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams*, including HR, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
5. *Manage and maintain internal communications channels*, including the company intranet, email newsletters, and digital signage.
6. *Measure and analyze the effectiveness* of internal communications efforts, using metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and feedback.
7. *Stay up-to-date with industry trends* and best practices in internal communications, design, and employee engagement.

# Requirements:
1. *Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, or a related field*.
2. *7+ years of experience in internal communications*, with a focus on design and content creation.
3. *Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite*, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
4. *Excellent writing, editing, and design skills*, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and formats.
5. *Strong project management and organizational skills*, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
6. *Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders*.
7. *Analytical and problem-solving skills*, with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications efforts.
