Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the mobile accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet regional revenue and growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
2. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives or Area Managers.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
3. Channel Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Ensure timely supply and availability of products across the region.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve offerings.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and team performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the mobile accessories or IT industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
