Job Summary:


IMS Mercantile Ltd is looking for a Corporate & OEM Sales Manager to drive sales growth through B2B partnerships, corporate clients, and OEM collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing key corporate accounts, developing OEM partnerships, B2B partnership and ensuring revenue growth in the mobile and camera accessories segment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Sales (B2B & Enterprise Business Development)

  • Identify and onboard corporate clients, bulk buyers, and enterprise customers for mobile and camera accessories.
  • Develop sales strategies to target all companies seeking gifting & promotional products, agencies, and corporate procurement teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Create customized product bundles and sales proposals tailored to corporate client needs.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, after-sales service, and account management.

2. OEM Sales & Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with brands for OEM Business, mobile brands, camera accessories brands, and electronic device companies for bundled accessories and customized product offerings.
  • Work closely with R&D and product teams to develop customized or white-labeled accessories for OEM clients.
  • Negotiate bulk deals and contracts with OEM partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities in the OEM segment.

3. Revenue & Business Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for corporate and OEM sales channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging trends in the B2B and OEM market.
  • Develop pricing, discount, and incentive structures for bulk buyers and OEM partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with marketing for branding, product presentations, and promotional activities targeting corporate and OEM clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on corporate and OEM client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, OEM sales, or B2B sales in consumer electronics or a related industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with corporate procurement teams, OEMs, and bulk buyers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports for decision-making.
