Service Engineer

• Experienced engineer preferably with exposure in the textile industry as we mainly sell & service textile testing instruments for POY, FDY, Cotton, Fiber, Wool, Technical Textiles, Specialized textiles .
• We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment/machinery at customer sites.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support as needed.
• Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance performance.
