Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align recruitment strategies
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT talent through job boards, social media, and networking
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist in onboarding processes for IT hires, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives targeting tech talent
- Provide administrative support for HR-related activities as needed
