Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Retail Lighting business in PAN India, Forecast Sales target and make sure it is met.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales objectives.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the market, including expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including marketing, finance, and operations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and distributors.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales performance.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Preferred candidate profile
A minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
