Job Title: Project Manager - Payments & Business Applications

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects in the payments and business applications domain.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking IT projects, comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and Agile (Scrum) frameworks, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Delivery: Lead and manage projects such as Oracle Banking Payment Solution, Finshare for Digital Supplier Finance, NEFT ISO Migration, and migration of payment engines to OBPM.

- NPA Projects: Deliver NPA projects and enhancements as per IRRAC norms.

- Domain Expertise: Manage IT projects in payments, derivatives, treasury, and trade.

- Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile (Scrum) frameworks and tools like Jira and MS Projects for project management.

- SWIFT ISO2022 Migration: Oversee SWIFT migration projects, understanding transaction flows and settlement systems.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and trust with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

- Coordination: Work closely with business analysts to understand payment life cycles, bill discounting, and supply chain finance.

- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address client concerns and exceed expectations.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize project outcomes and maintain cost-effectiveness.

- Resource Allocation: Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to keep projects on track.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations throughout the project life cycle.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed project status reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in project management within the banking domain, specifically in payments and business applications.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira, MS Projects, Unix, Oracle, and SQL DB.

- Communication: Strong communication skills in English

- Documentation: Ability to create high-quality documentation, including BRD, functional specifications, and technical specifications.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for business requirements analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred:

- PMP or Agile (Scrum) certification.
