Title : C System Programmer

Location: Chennai

Experience Level: Mid level/Senior

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled C system programmer to develop and maintain system level software. you will work on low level programming, operating system internals, performance optimization etc...The ideal candidate has strong experience in C programming, system calls, Memory management and debugging tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize system-Level software using C
• Work with operating system internals, system calls and kernel development
• Implement and debug multithreading, process management.
• Write and maintain device drivers and low level hardware interaction code.
• Debug and optimize performance using tools like GDB, Valgrind, Perf and strace
• Work with network protocols, socket programming and security mechanisms (if applicable)

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C programming and low-level system programming.
• Deep understanding of operating systems (Linux/unix internals, process management, threads, memory management)
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP/Sockets)
• Familiarity with Database is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus
