Technical Writer

Necessary Qualifications
Bachelors degree in technical writing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a technical writer in the semiconductor or software industry.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
Excellent understanding of technical concepts and the ability to simplify them for a diverse audience.
Proficiency in authoring tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with XML-based authoring standards (e.g., DITA) is a plus.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with technical illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Visio).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress).
Knowledge of single-sourcing and content reuse strategies.
Understanding of industry standards (e.g., IEEE, ANSI, ISO).
