Zonal HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities, including induction programs and employee orientation.
  
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve processes.
  
• Handle grievances related to employment issues, ensuring prompt resolution through effective communication with stakeholders.
• 70% recruitment and 30% Generalist.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar function.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, colleagues, and management.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and presentation creation.
