Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Model Developer to develop, implement, and enhance advanced analytics models that support data-driven decision-making and risk management within the Wealth and Private Banking sector.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, deep modeling concepts, and the ability to communicate complex analytical models to diverse stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities : .

Model Development :

- Develop, implement, and refine advanced analytics models, including Machine Learning (ML), Generalized Additive Models (GAM), and Decision Trees, tailored to Wealth Private Banking and Retail Risk Analytics.

- Utilize Python and R to build models, develop algorithms, and conduct data analysis to optimize business outcomes.

- Translate complex modeling concepts into practical applications by connecting them to vector analytical codes in Python or R.

Data Analytics and Insights :

- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using Python, R, and other analytical tools to prepare data for model development.

- Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to integrate data from various sources, ensuring high-quality and reliable inputs for model building.

- Generate actionable insights from modeling results to drive risk management strategies and improve decision-making processes.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Communicate modeling approaches, results, and their business implications to stakeholders, including non-technical users, business analysts, and senior management.

- Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members and stakeholders in understanding and applying advanced analytics and modeling techniques.

Collaboration and Innovation :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize analytical projects that align with business objectives and risk management strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Tools and Technologies :

- Leverage proficiency in Python, R, and other analytical tools to develop and implement models effectively.

- Utilize SAS and other statistical software to support model development and data analysis.

- Identify opportunities to enhance existing models and analytics processes through automation, optimization, and innovation.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience in advanced modeling and data analysis.

- Expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Generalized Additive Models (GAM), Decision Trees, and other statistical modeling techniques.

- Ability to connect and translate modeling concepts into vector analytical codes using Python or R.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex modeling concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
