Job Roles:

Experienced in overall AIOps concept. Should understand natural language processing, event correlation and statistical models to achieve results that benefit the IT-Ops workflow. Should be knowledgeable in the key stages of AIOps -- data collection, model training, automation, anomaly detection and continuous learning. He / she should be able to predict incidents and have a more proactive IT approach that allows you to decrease not only your MTTR but also the number of business-impacting incidents.

Candidate should be responsible for utilizing IT operations tools like Splunk, AppDynamics or Dynatrace to integrate AI driven monitoring and analytics into our IT Operations environment.
Should be able to apply AI/ML concepts for anomaly detection & predictive analysis, optimize performance and drive automation using Splunks advanced features for real time monitoring and alerting.

Knowledge of other monitoring tools & able to integrate into Splunk, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategies.

Technical Skills: -
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or Go for developing machine learning models.
Familiarity with IT operation tools such as Splunk and Splunk Machine learning Toolkit (MLTK), ELK stack, Datadog or Prometheus. Splunk Certification preferred. Provide training and support to team members on AI tools and processes.
