Resource/ Efforts Estimation and Monitoring
LL and detailed design
Mentoring the junior developers Requirements
Overall 7+ years of experience.
At least 4+ years of strong development experience using Java/ J2EE
Must have strong experience with Spring, Hibernate and Adobe Flex
Good experience with Web services like SOAP or REST
Strong database skills
Prior experience in working with Analytics tools and Data science is preferable
It is desirable to have exposure towards the recent changes in the database technologies e.g., Hadoop, Bigdata, no- sql db, etc
