Ideapoke - Artificial Intelligence Lead - LLM (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Lead with deep expertise in building, scaling, and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a solid foundation in cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to Lead intelligent solutions that integrate various AI technologies such as CrewAI, Langchain, Agentic Workflow, NLP, and RAG frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI-driven leveraging CrewAI, AI agents, Langchain framework, and NLP technologies to solve complex business problems.

- Lead the development of intelligent agents and workflows with a focus on Agentic Workflow and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) techniques.

- Lead and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications, ensuring high-performance and scalability.

- Utilize VectorDB technologies to enable efficient data processing and retrieval for AI models.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to build cloud-native AI solutions on AWS or other cloud platforms, ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and cost optimization.

- Drive the development and execution of CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and regression testing.

- Perform system-level performance tuning, debugging, and optimization for largescale AI implementations.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI technologies, and frameworks and provide thought leadership within the team.

- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment between AI models and business needs.

Key Skills and Technologies :

- CrewAI : Hands-on experience in CrewAI for managing complex AI workflows and agents.

- Agentic Workflow : Expertise in designing and implementing Agentic workflows for efficient task delegation and collaboration between AI agents.

- AI Agents : Deep understanding of AI agents, including designing and optimizing intelligent agents for autonomous decision-making and problem-solving.

- LLM RAG (Large Language Models - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) : Strong experience in utilizing LLMs with RAG frameworks for enhancing the accuracy and relevancy of generated content.

- Langchain Framework : Proficient in Langchain for developing custom workflows and integrating with LLMs.

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Expertise in NLP techniques such as named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, language modeling, and more.

- RAG : Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for knowledge retrieval and integrating external data sources with generative models.

- Vector Databases (VectorDB) : Strong knowledge of VectorDBs for efficient handling of high-dimensional vector data, crucial for LLM-based applications.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions.

- CI/CD Pipelines : Experience in setting up and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines for machine learning models and AI applications.

- Regression Testing : Ability to create and implement regression tests to validate AI model outputs and prevent model degradation.

Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in AI Lead and design, particularly in AI Agents, NLP, and LLM applications.

- Proven track record in deploying scalable and efficient AI-driven systems.

- Hands-on experience in building cloud-native solutions using AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Experience working in Agile environments with strong understanding of SDLC, regression testing, and CI/CD practices.

- BE/BTECH/MCA in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Passion for AI innovation and continuous learning.
