Principal Accountabilities
- Daily tracking of company news and market developments within the global fintech industry
- Contribute towards writing daily news articles for the News section of IBS Intelligence website.
- Research and identify sources for fintech news and developments.
- Develop a network and liaise with fintech suppliers to capture their latest developments.
Requirements
Technical Competencies
- Hands-on experience on WordPress and other content editing tools
- Prior experience related to fintech will an added advantage.
- Must have a working knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Must have a keen interest in financial technology and ability to understand technical jargon and concepts.
Soft skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong global orientation with an excitement to interact with Cedar and IBSI s multi-cultural teams
- Execution focused
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task across activities along with different teams
Qualifications and relevant experience
- Bachelor s degree from a reputed university. Postgraduates are also welcome.
- 1-2 years of experience in business research / digital content writing with exposure financial services / technology industry.
- Video camera presence, excellent communication skills and should have interviewing skills.
