Job Description

- We are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Chemist to join our team
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various chemical analysis techniques to assess the composition and properties of substances
- The Analytical Chemist will work closely with the research and development team, ensuring the quality and safety of products in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Sample Analysis: Conduct chemical analysis on samples using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and other methods to determine their composition and properties
- Method Development: Develop and validate analytical methods for specific compounds or substances, ensuring accuracy, precision, and reliability of results
- Instrumentation: Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and perform routine calibration and maintenance tasks
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from experiments
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing analysis methods, results, and conclusions
- Present findings to the research and development team
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of products by conducting routine quality control tests
- Investigate and resolve deviations from quality standards
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Stay updated with new developments and changes in analytical techniques and regulations
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Properly dispose of hazardous materials
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, researchers, and engineers, to support research projects and product development efforts
