VP/ SVP - Growth & Marketing
Role:
- As the VP Growth Marketing you'll define brand positioning, acquire users on all demand generation and revenue, growth, balancing a hands-on and strategic approach.
- You will be responsible for driving our growth efforts, including setting strategy, executing, and measuring results.

What you will do:
1. Own the P/L of the marketing budget and the company's revenue, with required ownership with other functional leaders of product, business operations and support functions on finance, recruiting etc.
2. Own strategy and execution for the growth marketing function from end-to-end, including setting goals, managing a budget and prioritizing initiatives.
3. Run experiments and provide data-driven, analytically rigorous insights to test different channels and iterate on our marketing strategy.
4. Execute across multiple marketing channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, performance channels, organic, content, and others.
5. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion across the funnel.
6. Leverage customer insights to develop integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns and brand storytelling to drive customer acquisition and retention.
7. Grow the company's top-line metrics, including revenue, customers, AOV, and customer LTV/CAC.
8. Rigorously measure KPIs and progress against articulated growth objectives, and develop reporting for execs and companywide consumption.
9. Optimize CAC via efficient paid and unpaid acquisition channels.
10. Restructuring the mix of Paid ads and affiliates with marketing team.
