Position Summary

We seek a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer to lead the development of an Intelligent Wargaming System. This advanced platform leverages reinforcement learning (RL) and artificial intelligence to redefine tactical and operational military training. The role focuses on designing adaptive algorithms, developing realistic combat simulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a cutting-edge solution

Key Responsibilities

1. Algorithm Development:

Design and implement RL-based algorithms for dynamic decision-making and strategy optimization.

Create realistic models for entity behavior, accounting for factors like fatigue, sensory limitations, and environmental variables.

2. Simulation Development:

Develop high-resolution simulations at the entity level, representing various aspects of intelligent wargames such as terrain dynamics, tactical formations, and equipment performance.

Ensure accurate replication of weapon systems, force multipliers, and battlefield dynamics.

3. AI Integration:

Integrate state-of-the-art AI techniques to enable autonomous control and adaptive decision-making in simulations.

Optimize AI models for real-time decision-making and tactical adjustments.

4. System Performance Optimization:

Enhance the efficiency and scalability of the wargame platform through iterative testing and refinement.

Optimize resource utilization to ensure high-performance simulations.

5. Nice to have Skills:

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with military experts.
• Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in AI/ML, with a focus on reinforcement learning and simulation development.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Simulation Tools: Experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) or simulation platforms.
• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of RL algorithms, multi-agent systems, and autonomous systems, YOLO, efficientDet etc, Real object identification
• Problem-Solving: Ability to design and troubleshoot complex AI-driven systems.
