Cloud Native Developer and Tech Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable microservices architecture for multi-tenant SaaS applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

2. Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications using .NET Core for the backend and React for the frontend.

3. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of developers to ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

4. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

5. Build and optimize backend services and APIs using .NET Core, ensuring seamless integration with React-based frontend components.

6. Leverage Azure services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Cosmos DB to build secure and efficient solutions.

7. Ensure security, reliability, and performance of cloud-native applications by applying best practices in Azure cloud security and monitoring.

8. Implement and manage authentication and identity management using Azure AD and related protocols.

9. Write and maintain technical documentation for processes, APIs, and infrastructure.

10. Act as a subject matter expert on microservices design, guiding the team on containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in microservices architecture with experience in designing, implementing, and deploying microservices-based systems.

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in .NET Core (backend) and React (frontend).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including AKS, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB.
• Expertise in RESTful API development, Entity Framework, and state management libraries like Redux.
• Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with authentication and identity management using Azure AD.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly in a multi-tenant context.
• Ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative and high-performing development

Good to Have:

1. Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

2. Knowledge of asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture using tools like Azure Service Bus or Event Grid.

3. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

4. Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

5. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
