HR Trainee

Job Title: HR Trainee
Qualification: Postgraduate
Job Location: Noida, Sector 63
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (onsite)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. • Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee queries and issues.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with payroll processing.
• Performance Management: Support performance review processes and help with employee development initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
• HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
  
  Additional Skills:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
