The revenue model is based on SaaS subscription fees. Our primary focus is on industrial manufacturing led companies. Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. The company is headquartered in Bangalore.

Job overview : We are looking for a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies. As a Manual and Automation Tester at [Company Name], you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and automation.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify failures and defects.

- Report defects and track their resolution through to closure.

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test automation.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team

environment.

- ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing are a plus.
