Job Description
- Electrical and Instrumentation support for market leading Bioprocessing systems for biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, medical devices and aerospace markets.
- Work with project partners located in North America and UK/Europe to understand project requirements and execute with highest standards, On time Delivery and First Pass yield.
- Develop project tracking mechanisms and create project plans for each project in alignment with master schedule developed by project partners.
- Expertise in Design, Program and Configuring Siemens S7 & TIA portal to develop PLC programming using Ladder and Function Blocks. 5+ Years of hands-on Experience required.
- Expertise in Developing HMI, SCADA screens for Operator interactions. 5+ Years of hands-on Experience required.
- 4+ years of Experience in Developing Debugging, testing, and validating PLC logics
- 3+ Experience in integrating Third party devices using Profibus, Modbus, HART and FF communication protocols.
- 3+Experience in developing Logic diagrams starting from Cause & Effect Matrix and Control Narrative
- Experience in developing DCS programming using Function Blocks and Sequential function charts.
- Experience in Selecting Field Instruments and PLC Processors and IO cards.
- Remotely Analyzing PLC system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience in design of P&ID drawings, Electrical schematic, wiring diagram preparation, instrument and JBs Layout Drawing including cable trays.
- Masters / bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation in relevant field.
