• Cleanroom HVAC System Design
• Room Data Sheets preparation
• Heating / Cooling Load Calculations
• Psychometric calculations
• Infiltration and Exfiltration calculations
• Air flow Schemes preparation
• Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
• AHU Sizing/ Fans selection.
• Cooling / Heating Coil Selections
• Duct Sizing, Static Pressure calculation
• Selection of Chillers / Cooling Towers/ Pumps / Hot water generation system
• Chilled / Cooling Water / Hot water system schemes preparation
• Media Flow Calculations
• Chilled water / Brine / Cooling Water / Steam/ Condensate Pipe Sizing
• Control Valve selection
• Pump Head calculations / Pump Selection
• Thermal Insulation Thickness Calculation
• Expansion Tank Sizing
• Heat exchanger Selection
• Justification engineering for selected system/ Equipment
• ROI Calculations
• Energy saving methods.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities, Technical Specification and Tenders Documents.
• Extending technical support during System execution
• Visit site to gather technical data, Providing Solutions for technical issues at project sites.

Prepare detailed calculations, specifications for mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations confirm to standards, codes and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with HVAC system experience with specialization will be preferred.
• Education - Mechanical Engineering (Graduate /Postgraduate)
• Male/Female, should be well versed with Auto CAD & MS Office i.e., MS Word, Excel, Power Point, HAP etc. Exposure for 3D Model review in Revit.
• Candidate working in Engineering consulting firm will be preferred.
• Candidates certified in HVAC system design course will be preferred.
• Candidate from Cleanroom plant engineering must.
• Should strong in handling vendors for clarifications.
• Should be conversant with Tendering process
• Should have experience & direct expose in analysis of Techno-commercial offers.
• Well versed with Codes & Standards viz., ASHRAE/ ISHRAE/ ARI/ SMACNA/ ASME/ ANSI/Relevant NFPA standards /WHO/ISPE Guidelines/ Indian NBC/ Relevant IS Codes/ UL etc.,
