Huron Consulting Group - Workday Consultant - Benefits Module (2-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in workday benefits for clients of different scales.

- Certification and experience in Workday Benefits is a must.

- Independently creates client deliverables for large, complex projects and/or clients; evaluates effort and requests support as needed.

- You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of Benefits related security, concept of passive events and its working, Open enrollment process and all benefit plan types.

- You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.

- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.

- You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.

- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.

- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.

- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.

- Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios.

- Experience in creating custom reports.

- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

Qualifications:

- Substantial and measurable delivery of 1 or more Benefit implementations for at least two phases.

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
