Manager/Senior Manager - Workday Financial (8-18 yrs)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Minimum 8 years of Experience implementing workday

- Certification in Workday Financials is a must (FDM, Grants, Spends, Accounting, Invoicing, Customer Accounts & Customer Contracts, Procure-to-Pay Fundamentals, Supply Chain Management etc.)

- Experience with estimating, implementation planning and leading Workday Financials Project activities

- In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration

- Proven experience as a Functional Financial Consultant and hands-on Workday configuration experience

- Subject Matter Expertise on Financial processes, reports while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements

- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism

- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration

- Minimum of one full life cycle implementation with Workday Finance

- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.

- Experience in creating custom reports

- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday Financial workstreams of 1 or more Financials implementations for at least two phases

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
