Requirements

• 2 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
• Experience with Snapchat or TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Proficiency in conversion tracking setup using GA4, GTM, Triple Whale, and GMC.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in client management and team collaboration.
  
• Working knowledge of CRO strategies, user journey optimization, and landing page testing.
• Experience in email marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. (Snapchat TikTok Ads experience is a plus).
• Set up and monitor tracking using GA4, GTM, Triple Whale, and Google Merchant Center (GMC) for accurate performance measurement.
• Manage regular communication with clients to provide updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior marketers to ensure seamless execution of campaign strategies.
• Work closely with design, development, and content teams to audit landing pages, analyze user behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Support email campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance analysis, especially during promotional seasons.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies aligned with seasonal sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).
• Continuously test ad elements, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROAS.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC and performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
