Job Title: Java Backend Developer (4-6 Years of Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Java Backend Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust, and efficient backend services for our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development:
  
• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Database Management:
  
• Work with relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL) using Hibernate for ORM.
• Optimize database queries for performance and data consistency.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, Design Patterns).
• Perform code reviews and collaborate with peers to maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging:
  
• Identify and resolve issues related to backend services, including debugging performance or memory issues in a distributed system environment.
• Documentation:
  
• Document code, design patterns, API specifications, and architecture for team knowledge sharing and project transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Programming Languages:
  
• Proficiency in Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and core Java libraries.
• Frameworks and Tools:
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Microservices:
  
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateways, load balancing, and fault tolerance mechanisms.
• ORM Framework:
  
• Experience with Hibernate and JPA for database interaction.
• Databases:
  
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and writing optimized SQL queries.
• API Development:
  
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Messaging Systems:
  
• Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication between microservices.
• Security Practices:
  
• Understanding of basic security practices like JWT and securing APIs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Java backend development, focusing on microservices, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
