Job Description

At Hubnex Labs , we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team for a 6-month internship. As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you ll have the opportunity to work closely with our design and product teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces. This is a great opportunity to enhance your design skills and gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design. If you perform well during this internship, there may be a full-time opportunity at the end of the 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design : Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.
Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
User Research : Assist in conducting user research, gather feedback, and use insights to improve design solutions.
Usability Testing : Support the team in usability testing, analyzing results, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure designs align with product goals and technical requirements.
Design System Maintenance : Help maintain and improve the design system, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
Market Trends : Stay updated on UI/UX design trends and incorporate relevant best practices into your work.

What We re Looking For

Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Design Tools Knowledge : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Portfolio : A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile apps (if applicable).
Creativity : Strong ability to think creatively and design engaging, intuitive user interfaces.
User-Centered Design : Familiarity with user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects.
Attention to Detail : Ability to create pixel-perfect designs with attention to detail.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute ideas.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
