The Organization is one of the biggest name working in the Financial Services domain.
Job Purpose: The Role is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team by analyzing performance metrics, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing best practices. Basis the analysis, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing incentive programs that motivate and reward the sales team for achieving performance targets. (S)he is also responsible for leveraging data analysis to drive strategic HR decisions, enhance workforce performance, and improve employee engagement. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics to provide actionable insights that support business. Additionally, the role will plan, execute & create impact through various HR projects within the decided timeline & budget
KRA's:
Design / modify the Sales Progression program (DCP) for FLS is aligned to business needs
1. Analyze the existing Sales Progression program to assess efficacy on business levers and attractiveness from the end user perspective.
2. Understand the current and future priority of business levers and assess their inclusion and weightage in the program
3. Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the Distribution Strategy team to take inputs from them on the program design
4. Design the Sales Progression program and its modifications to ensure it is aligned to the desired business outcomes and in a manner that ensures that there is an effective ROI on the program
5. Ensure awareness and drive communication of the program among the sales teams.
6. Ensure that the Org is benefiting from the progression plan through improved productivity
Productivity Initiatives:
1. Conceptualize, strategies and Rollout various initiatives such as Productivity Scorecaes to improve the productivity of the various teams.
2. End to end execution of such initiatives with respect to process creation, roles delineation and review platform set up.
3. Timely review of the initiatives for effective intervention to improve/modify the initiative.
4. Design Sales Productivity Scorecard based on the KPIs and Sales Targets
5. Will be responsible for improving the productivity of the Org in partnership with Sales & HRBP
Various Contests:
1. Advise on the number of Contest to be run in the year
2. Crystallize the objective of Contest post brainstorming with the Organizational Leaders
3. Budget Approval for the Contest
4. Program manage the entire contest
HR Projects and R&R:
1. To work on central HR projects that impact the Organizations positively
2. Conceptualize the projects, design from scratch and implement it end to end
3. Calculate the effectiveness of the project and present it to the management
4. Manage the entire R&R program end-to-end
