Position Overview:

The Campaign Manager and Analytics will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to drive engagement and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, Specifically: Paid campaigns, SMS, Whatsapp and display advertising

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns for a captive base

- Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools GA, Zoho CRM, ERP and Clevertap

- Generate regular reports and insights to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend optimizations

- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and targeting

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

- Lead post-campaign analysis and present findings to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing

- 6+ years of experience in campaign management and analytics.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Clevertap, Adobe) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive insights.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing is a plus
