Assistant Manager - Internal Audit
Organisation: A well reputed Listed organisation in Automotive sector.
Work location: Gurugram (5 days working)

Key job responsibilities:
- To assist in Co-ordinating Internal audit projects within the organisation including their manufacturing plants.
- To independently execute audit engagements
- To assist in planning and preparation of audit assignment and special projects
- To execute the audit engagements, ensuring that methodologies governing internal audits are followed and coverage of all risks for the in-scope processes
- To independently conduct interviews at levels of management.
- Maintain respectful and effective communications and relationships with management and staff of areas under review.
- Independently prepare/ modify the audit programs to ensure coverage of all risks and be able to execute the audit as per the audit program.
- Analyze computer systems databases and perform data mining and analysis to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of automated controls.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills in proposing well-founded conclusions.
- Analyze operational and management processes and system controls' effectiveness and efficiency in view to improve them and propose value added recommendations
- Provide assurance that operations and processes conform to current policies
- Complete audit execution and reporting within the planned timeframe
- Maintain quality of engagement deliverables and prepare audit reports keeping in mind the senior management, and effectively and continuously communicate findings and recommendations to Senior Management
- Suggest and identify areas of efficiency improvement, cost reduction, process improvement
