Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Talent Sourcing and Screening:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment workflows for efficiency.
- Implement best practices in candidate evaluation and interview techniques.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on hiring metrics, trends, and progress.
Mentoring and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and training to junior recruiters and HR team members.
- Act as a role model and advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
