HR Generalist

Experience: Minimum 2 year experience required

Qualification- MBA

Salary-Negotiable depending upon Interview

Responsibilities

1. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

2. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

3. Undertake tasks around performance management

4. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

5. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

6. Respond to human resources-related inquiries.

7. Assist with payroll processing.

8. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.

9. Monitor employee morale and company culture.

10. Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.

11. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

12. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )
