Description
We are in the lookout for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
JOB SCOPE:
You will be responsible for the:
- Category P&L ownership for the city
- Customer satisfaction
KEY ROLES:
- Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels
Your primary teams would be:
- Planning & procurement
- Warehouse & logistics
- Project execution & management
- You will onboard and liaise with the vendors with regard to pricing & scoping
- You will be responsible for the timely planning of projects to maximize CSAT and unit economics
- You will closely work with other teams like Sales, Designs, Venues, etc to ensure smooth operations across the value chain
- Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & founders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture or design is preferred
- 5 - 10 years of operations experience
- Experience in managing teams of 20+ members
- MBA is a bonus
