Role: Head of Marketing

Role Description:
Strategic Brand Management:
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to establish and enhance organization's market position
- Engage with industry analysts and thought leaders, such as Forrester, to leverage insights and elevate organization's brand perception
- Lead initiatives for brand equity research and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee the creation of high-impact brand campaigns and strategic partnerships to drive brand growth and reputation
- Ensure alignment of brand strategy with business objectives and market opportunities
Top of Funnel (TOFU) - Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and increase organization's brand awareness
- Create engaging content and IP to attract and capture the attention of potential customers (Strategic Partners & Publishers) organization can engage in long-term partnerships with as well as Brands & Agencies to advertise on our platforms
- Utilize channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising to reach target audiences
- Implement lead capture mechanisms and optimize processes and narrative to drive conversions of publishers and advertisers for our partnerships
Middle of Funnel (MOFU) - Brand Solutioning:
- Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate organization from competitors
- Create compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences for the organization brand and for our Partnerships
- Implement brand activation campaigns, events, roundtables and initiatives to increase brand engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Bottom of Funnel (BOFU) - Pre-sales Activities:
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Create targeted marketing materials and sales enablement resources such as case studies, pitch decks, partnership narrative to support the sales team across all Partnerships
- Utilize email marketing, retargeting campaigns, and personalized messaging to drive conversions
- Develop scalable resources for capturing and building a muscle for market intelligence within our teams
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across platforms
Post-Sales Activities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Create post-sales marketing campaigns and initiatives to encourage long term retention
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with Sales & Delivery teams to address customer concerns and issues effectively
Marketing Operations:
- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective execution of marketing plans
- Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimization efforts to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship and support
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing team
- Develop talent through training, coaching, and career development opportunities
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other departments to achieve organizational goal
