Role & responsibilities :-

Knowledge of Quality, Environmental and safety Management system

Knowledge of Die casting process, Melting process

Knowledge of Machines used in process

• EHS - Related training provide.
• Availability machine , die , molten as per required
• To reduced consumable cost / part To maintained total pdc breakdown
• To maintained reject
• Responsible for adherence to the production plan
• Responsible for updatation of production data in ERP on regular basis.
• Focus on continual improvement on cycle time reduction with no effect on casting quality one per month
• Responsible for reduction in rejection and rework.
• Responsible to maintain Production.
• Responsible to promote Kaizen & 5S activities in department.
• Responsible to maintain safe work environment i.e.PPE'S adherence ,Emergency response plan Ensure closure of audit points.
• Ensure product output as per control plan.
• Ensure adherence of PPES at shop floor and other working areas (as per PPES matrix) Ensure zero leakage / spillage on shop floor.
• Responsible for Timely identification of skill requirement for production personnel. Responsible for during devalopment handover OPS parameter and actual parameter to be verified and match
• Providing on job training down the level (operatotor and die setter)
• To maintain 5s of daily basis at die casting production area, die casting store area and melting area
