Trainee PPC

Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The Production Planning and Control Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring production plans to meet business objectives, ensuring ecient utilization of resources, and optimizing production processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, analysis of production data, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Role & responsibilities

Planning: 1. Develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and forecasts. 2. Analyze Demand trend, inventory levels, and production capacity. 3. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure alignment. Production Control: 1. Monitor and report on production performance metrics (yield, eciency, throughput). 2. Coordinate with production teams to align the production plan. 3. Implement and maintain production tracking and monitoring systems. 4. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Inventory Management: 1. Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and nished goods. 2. Optimize inventory turnover and minimize obsolescence. 3. Implement inventory reporting and tracking systems. Supply Chain Coordination: 1. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material availability. 2. Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery. Continuous Improvement: 1. Identify areas for process improvement. 2. Implement lean manufacturing principles. 3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualications: ● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related eld. ● Experienced for developing, implementing, and monitoring production plans to meet business objectives (Added advantage) Skillset: ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. ● Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. ● Prociency in ERP systems, production planning tools, and Microsoft Excel for data management and rep
