Orchids The International School is a renowned educational institution that provides a holistic learning environment to its students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Warden couples [ Husband and Wife ] to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and caring Hostel Warden couple to oversee the daily activities of our hostel students. The ideal couple should be experienced in handling students, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide a nurturing environment. Sports persons are preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure the well-being of hostel students

- Maintain discipline, safety, and security in the hostel premises

- Oversee the daily routine, including study hours, meal times, and recreational activities

- Provide guidance, counseling, and support to students as needed

- Liaise with parents, teachers, and school administrators as required

- Manage hostel staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance personnel

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities

- Plan and organize recreational activities, events, and celebrations

- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

- Prepare reports and maintain records as required

Requirements:

- Married couple with a strong commitment to working together as a team

- Experience in hostel management or a related field (preferably in a school or educational institution)

- Sports background or experience in sports management (preferable)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Familiarity with school policies, procedures, and regulations

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desirable Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field

- Diploma or certification in hostel management, counseling, or a related field

- Experience in handling students with special needs or requirements
