Job Description
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and finishes (e.g., plastering, painting, flooring, carpentry, etc.).
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing work activities on-site, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, joinery, and other related finishing tasks.
- Ensure that all finishing works are carried out to the required quality standards, in line with design specifications, drawings, and applicable building codes.
- Manage the workforce for finishing activities, including subcontractors, ensuring effective allocation of labor and materials.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the finishing stages, including addressing client concerns and defects.
