Job Role Insights

Job Description

  • Analyze and select most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
  • Develop global supplier base to cover all requirements of BUs and Plants
  • Generate and use maximum potentials of purchasing through early involvement of suppliers and their know how
  • Zero based cost estimation of all manufacturing commodities
  • Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality

  • Coordination with R&D, Product development and Quality for the localization specification and agreement
  • Work closely with Operations team to support strategic sourcing projects
