Job Description
- Incoming / in process / final goods inspection of products at value stream
- Conducting Product & process audit in the value stream at supplier place
- Understanding & driving Homag and its customer requirements at supplier end
- Improvement projects / Elimination of defects during first part manufacturing
- Development of control plans, control standards and inspection standards
- Effective coordination and development of product quality at supplier
- CAPA on process defects and customer complaints Ensuring the product Quality and continuous improvement in the quality of the product
- Conducting Initial & periodic supplier audits & its resolution with suppliers
- Driving improvement projects / Monitoring Quality performance (FPY, COPQ…)
- QMS requirements like calibration, internal audit, CAPA on complaints
- Knowledge of QMS and EHS requirements is essential (ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001)
