HNR TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Sr. Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Customer Issue Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues, complaints, and inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
    • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise, mentor, and train customer support representatives to ensure high performance.
    • Assist in the onboarding process of new team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer support staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve service quality.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on customer support performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize customer support software and tools to track customer interactions and generate insights.
