Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist who will be responsible for implementing and managing personalized customer journeys across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and a deep understanding of customer experience management. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to deliver data-driven, personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Journey Design and Implementation :
- Design, build, and manage personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer to engage customers across multiple touchpoints (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Leverage customer data and event triggers to create real-time, personalized messaging experiences.
Campaign Management and Optimization :
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Optimize journeys based on performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Data Integration and Segmentation :
- Work with the data management team to integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with various data sources such as Customer Data Platform (CDP), CRM, and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Use customer data and behavioural insights to create audience segments for targeted campaigns.
Testing and Personalization :
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to ensure the effectiveness of customer journeys.
- Use personalization strategies to tailor customer interactions based on user behaviour and preferences.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Generate reports on campaign performance and customer journey analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine strategies based on data analysis and customer feedback.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Support :
- Work closely with marketing, customer experience, and technical teams to align journey optimization with
business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in understanding the capabilities and best practices of Adobe Journey Optimizer .
Requirements :
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar customer journey orchestration tools.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or customer experience roles.
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of customer journey orchestration, data segmentation, and multi-channel marketing.
- Familiarity with other Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Target is a plus.
- Understanding of data integration and APIs is advantageous.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Adobe Journey Optimizer are preferred.
